SCULPTURES - I created this sculpture one summer in my parents’ carport. It was nice in the heat of summer to carve into soapstone. This sculpture is my only soapstone sculpture and I would like to do more in the future. It has given me a great respect for carvers and the challenge of three-dimensional sculpture. This sculpture shows two faces who are close and intimate.
